  I work at a Yamaha dealer (Markham Mower) and had one of our customers break down on the trail 40km's outside of Hearst. They towed the snowmobile into P&L Sales & Service. I made a call to P&L on my customers behalf to see if they could help them and get them back on the trail.

  My customer walked in, the guys at P&L knew them by name, got their sled in and out of the shop within a couple of hours. My customer was able to make it to their hotel for the night and their trip was saved.

  They guys were fantastic. I was alone on a sled trip and my sled wouldn't start. They sent someone with a trailer to pick up the sled and returned it to their shop. They worked on it for awhile and got me going again. They also learnt me a helmet so i could get back to the hotel.They charged me just under $100 for parts and labor and picking up my sled. Thanks very much guys. Oh btw...they didn't have the part I needed in stock so they took it offs floor model sled to get me going. Great customer service!! 6 stars guys!

  TWICE i order from them with them telling me it will take two days. Yet every two days it seemed to an extra 2 days. First part took nearly a month, second one hasent come in. A month is alot longer than 2 days...
